Termination Guide

1. Open the menu, find the subscriptions section and click the 'My Plan' button.


2. Go to 'Plan Termination' section and click on 'Confirm Terminate'


3. Enter the amount, the system will automatically calculate and display the new account plan. Once confirmed, enter the pin code and click on the 'Proceed' button.


4. Enter your 2FA to complete the termination. The amount will be transferred to USDT balance after approval.


*2FA is not mandatory, it is only required if you have enabled 2FA authenticator.
**Termination will takes up to 7 days for approval.
***Please note that partial termination may result in changes to your subscription plan. If you fully terminate, your account will be deleted 7 days after proceeding with the termination unless you resubscribe to a plan.
