Forgot PIN Guide

1. Open the menu, find the support  section and click the 'Live Chat' button.

2. Click on 'Start Chat', then click 'Chat now' on the pop-up page.

3. Enter 'Forgot PIN' in the chatbox, and click the right arrow to send.

4. Check your email and enter the received verification code in the chatbox. A new pin code will be sent to your email, and you can use this new pin code to reset your pin in the system.
