Forgot Password Guide

1. Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button to proceed to the change password step.

2. Enter your Client ID / Email and Captcha, then click the "Next" button to proceed to the next step.

3. Check your registered email for the verification code and enter it. The code is only valid for 15 minutes. Then, enter your new password and click the 'Reset' button to complete the password reset process.

4. At this point, you can login to client portal with your new password and start using our services.
